About Us

The idea for the Pullit! Project was developed in autumn 2012 by Rüdiger Happe and Dirk Markfort. A joint technology project with the Technical University of Budapest started in early 2014.

At the Chair of Machine Design and Product Development, various concepts were developed and feasibility studies were carried out. At the same time, product design students came up with their ideas for a modern, foldable bicycle trailer for everyday urban life.

Today an experienced and competent team of young and imaginative engineers is continuously further developing the Pullit!.

Our technology

Technology fulfills functions - functions fulfill your wishes

We develop technology with design

When developing Pullit! special emphasis was placed on use in everyday practice. You use Pullit! often, but only for a short time. On the way to or from work, to go shopping in the nearest supermarket. This is why extremely quick and easy folding and unfolding is so important. Only sophisticated technology can achieve this.

Intelligent lightweight construction concept

With a weight of 5.4 kg, the Pullit! Loads up to 30 kg. This ratio combined with an intelligent folding mechanism that allows anyone to use the Pullit! Opening and closing in about 20 seconds is a real technical challenge. With the help of modern CAD systems and dynamic computer calculations, countless variants could be simulated and the best solution chosen.

Our quality

Pullit! is constantly exposed to all environmental influences. Sun, rain, dust, ice and snow. Hence, at Pullit! only aluminum, stainless steel and UV-resistant plastics are used.

Quality in continuous use

Unfold, fold, drag. Only the highest quality allows this in the long term. All frame and joint connections are either screwed or welded and made of aluminum or stainless steel. There are no breakable plastic connections. All manufacturing processes are supported by modern CNC machines.

Whether laser cutting of aluminum and stainless steel components, milling and turning. Everything is done in a consistently high quality. You can see and feel that!
